Bucket List
Beth was a very large Jimmy Buffet fan, but her bucket list was to meet the keyboardist Mike Utley. Mike was a relative, but she always wondered if he would know their shared family. From the beginning, we all heard about those connections and how she couldn't believe that her grandparents would know about Jimmy Buffet and it was surreal to watch him on TV with them because they want to see Mike play. Her dream of meeting Mike happened and it was a very special couple of days talking with both he and his sister. Her parents and grandparents would have been proud of her for making those family connections... and yes, Mr. Utley knew all of the connections.
Change the world
Beth believed that education was the silver bullet that could change the world. Too many people do not get the opportunity to learn and grow to their fullest potential. She felt that if people were given an opportunity for more education, it would spark something that would then lead them to doing even greater things. A scholarship in her name has been established and any donation to that scholarship will help someone with financial need in Arkansas achieve their goals and hopefully change the world... Beth's love of animals was unmatched. She loved every living creature, but she especially loved her dogs and cats. From Peppi to Liberty and Miss Ellis to Uddi ... She loved them with all her heart. They will forever be with her and she with them....
